Shipping and Returns
Orders placed between Friday to Monday will be dispatched through our courier on Tuesday and will be received next day. This is due to our opening hours and courier availability. Orders placed between Tuesday to Thursday will be placed on next day delivery through courier although on rare occasions dispatch may take up to 2 days.
All orders are automatically processed via our courier unless stated by the customer prior to dispatch, where delivery by Royal mail can be arranged.
Items will NOT be dispatched until full payment has been received. In the case of payment via cheque or other non-instant transactions, items will be dispatched once the funds have cleared. Birtoni Scooters Ltd will not be held responsible for delay of payment through these payment types.

Returns
We offer a 7 days return policy which providing the item is sent back to us in a saleable condition, within 7 days of receipt, a full refund will be given. If an item is returned to us between 8 and 14 days of receipt in a saleable condition, an exchange for a store gift certificate of the same value of the product will be issued to the customer. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
Damaged goods must be sent back to us within 3 days of delivery and will either be replaced or refunded. After this period, up to seven days of delivery, damaged items may be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Birtoni Scooters Ltd.
